Steven has been working as a business consultant for the last 10 years. One of his responsibilities is analyzing his customerʼs business problems and then leading a small team to solve the issues. They design and develop software solutions that adds value to the customer's organization. Steven has solved some pretty complex problems, and he has many opportunities to be creative. Steven particularly enjoys the people element of consulting, the human capacity to assist each other, and the ability to brainstorm with a team to come up with a viable solution for thier customers.
